Executive Director and Co Founder
Graduated with a diploma in Hospitality & Tourism in 2008, compounding his learning with various internships and a Hospitality Management Course at the Tokyo Hotel Business College. After stints in top bars in New Zealand, Tokyo, Barcelona, London and after scoring the Best Whisky Bar award for his work at Albannach, Martin landed on Dubai’s shores as part of the opening team for Mahiki.
After 2 successful and very productive years in Tonique consultancy Martin decided to go his own way and become a outsource bar consultant and beverage trainer for Mandarin Oriental Shanghai.
After his experience in China, Martin moved to Barcelona where work us a consultant andproject developer for many bars and restaurants. Martin is currently in Beirut, working on multiple new openings of bars and restaurants.

The pioneer in molecular mixology work for the JW Marriott .group in Colombia. His reputation as a master in this area took him on to Barcelona and then Dubai, scooping up several awards on the way.
Cristian Pineda has excelled in recent years in becoming one of Europe’s recognized mixologists due to his artistic and refreshing style and communication.
He gets his inspiration from traveling to different places and then translating every new experience into different taste combinations and concepts of art-design for new cocktail creations
